laundry facilities relaxing space helpful staff excellent service
The hotel was tucked away, feeling like a little treasure. i found the laundry facilities very useful . the POOL area was a true highlight, offering a relaxing space. the staff are excellent. They were always ready to assist with a smile.
The lift IS very small. It can be a bit tight, especially with luggage.

the hotel is near local markets, perfect FOR exploring. central pinklao shopping centre is within walking distance. there are also plenty of food stalls nearby, with dining options.

my beautiful double or twin room had EXCELLENT facilities. the room was clean and well-kept. Netflix on the room's tv was a welcome addition after a long day.

breakfast at the hotel offered simple, healthy options. while the buffet wasn't huge, the selections were tasty. the food available was fairly reasonable, so i enjoyed it.

the staff were very nice and hospitable THROUGHOUT my stay. cher at the front desk was particularly helpful. their assistance made a big difference in ensuring everything went smoothly and it felt good.

great breakfast helpful staff
the hotel breakfast offered many option. i liked staff were always very helpful. i also appreciate the air conditioning in the gym it's very good. the pool area is lovely too.
the elevator is a little small for families with a stroller. it made transport hard.
